About Me
I’m a bilingual Latina therapist who works with Latino adults navigating anxiety, stress, depression, and life transitions. Through my own experiences, I understand what it’s like to balance family expectations, cultural values, and personal needs, all while finding your own path.With over eight years of experience working with children, youth, and adults, I’ve seen firsthand how meaningful it is to work with a therapist who truly understands your culture—someone who helps you feel seen, heard, and supported.My call to this work centers on breaking stigma and creating space for real, lasting healing. Many of the patterns we carry are passed down through generations, and while they often come from love and survival, they can also keep us feeling stuck. My goal is to help clients gently unpack these patterns, heal what no longer serves them, and move forward with clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
Services & Fees
I provide individual psychotherapy to adults (18+) via secure telehealth to clients located in California. Services are offered in English and Spanish, with an approach that focuses on the impact of cultural dynamics on mental health.Fees
Individual Therapy Session (50 minutes): $180
Payment is due at the time of service.Insurance
I am not accepting insurance at this time. I am an out-of-network provider and can provide a superbill upon request for possible reimbursement, depending on your insurance plan.
