About Me
I’m a bilingual Latina therapist who works with first-generation Latine and BIPOC adults navigating anxiety, stress, and the pressure of balancing family expectations with their own needs. Many of my clients are first-gen professionals who appear successful on the outside but feel burned out, overwhelmed, or isolated. They are considered the "strong ones," often taking care of others but rarely have space for themselves.As a first-generation Latina, I understand the push and pull between cultural values, family expectations, and your own sense of self. With over eight years of experience working with children, youth, and adults, I offer a safe space where you can show up fully as yourself while we make sense of what you’ve been carrying and begin to move through it in a way that feels right for you.Much of my work focuses on understanding how family and cultural experiences shape the way we see ourselves and move through the world. These patterns often come from love, protection, and survival, but can also leave us feeling stuck or disconnected from our own needs. In our work together, we gently untangle these experiences and support you in building more clarity, self-compassion, and ways of living that feel more aligned with who you are.
Services & Fees
I provide individual psychotherapy to adults (18+) via secure telehealth to clients located in California. Services are offered in English and Spanish, with an approach that focuses on the impact of cultural dynamics on mental health.Fees
Individual Therapy Session (50 minutes): $180
Payment is due at the time of service.Insurance
I am not accepting insurance at this time. I am an out-of-network provider and can provide a superbill upon request for possible reimbursement, depending on your insurance plan.
